LED Light Source

① New green environmental light source: LED uses cold light source, with small glare, no radiation, and no harmful substances in use. LED has low working voltage, adopts DC drive mode, ultra-low power consumption (0.03~0.06W for a single tube), electro-optic power conversion is close to 100%, and can save more than 80% energy than traditional light sources under the same lighting effect. LED has better environmental protection benefits. There are no ultraviolet and infrared rays in the spectrum, and the waste is recyclable, pollution-free, mercury free, and safe to touch. It is a typical green light source.

② Long service life: LED is a solid cold light source, encapsulated in epoxy resin, vibration resistant, and there is no loose part in the lamp body. There are no defects such as filament burning, thermal deposition, light decay, etc. The service life can reach 60000~100000 hours, more than 10 times the service life of traditional light sources. LED has stable performance and can work normally under – 30~+50 ° C.

③ Multi transformation: LED light source can use the principle of red, green and blue three primary colors to make the three colors have 256 levels of gray under the control of computer technology and mix at will, which can produce 256X256X256 (i.e. 16777216) colors, forming a combination of different light colors. The light color of LED combination is changeable, which can achieve rich and colorful dynamic change effects and various images.

④ High and new technology: Compared with the luminous effect of traditional light sources, LED light sources are low-voltage microelectronic products, successfully integrating computer technology, network communication technology, image processing technology and embedded control technology. The chip size used in traditional LED lamps is 0.25mm × 0.25nm, while the size of LED used for lighting is generally above 1.0mmX1.0mm. The worktable structure, inverted pyramid structure and flip chip design of LED die forming can improve its luminous efficiency, thus emitting more light. Innovations in LED packaging design include high conductivity metal block substrate, flip chip design and bare disk casting lead frame. These methods can be used to design high power, low thermal resistance devices, and the illumination of these devices is greater than that of traditional LED products.

A typical high luminous flux LED device can produce luminous flux from several lumens to tens of lumens. The updated design can integrate more LEDs in a device, or install multiple devices in a single assembly, so that the output lumens are equivalent to small incandescent lamps. For example, a high-power 12 chip monochrome LED device can output 200lm of light energy, and the power consumed is between 10~15W.

The application of LED light source is very flexible. It can be made into light, thin and small products in various forms, such as dots, lines and surfaces; The LED is extremely controlled. As long as the current is adjusted, the light can be adjusted at will; The combination of different light colors is changeable, and the use of timing control circuit can achieve colorful dynamic change effects. LED has been widely used in various lighting devices, such as battery powered flash lamps, micro voice control lamps, safety lamps, outdoor road and indoor stair lamps, and building and marking continuous lamps.
